These terms cover your use of Conquest®, its website and its apps. Conquest is a trading name of Dodds Holdings UK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17517996), whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Conquest lets coaching businesses ("coaches") run their coaching under their own name: programmes, nutrition, check-ins, messages and progress for their clients, on the web and in the iPhone app.
Access is currently by invitation only. We may change, add or remove features, and will give reasonable notice before removing anything a coaching business relies on.
Your coach decides your programme, targets and advice. Conquest is not a medical service and nothing in it is medical advice. Speak to a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition plan, especially if you have a health condition, an injury or are pregnant, and stop exercising if you feel unwell.
Meal ideas may be generated automatically. Always check ingredients against your own allergies and intolerances.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
You keep ownership of what you put into the service: programmes, guides, branding, logs and messages. You give us permission to store, display and process it only as needed to run the service for you.
The Conquest software, name and design remain ours.
Conquest® is a registered trade mark of Dodds Holdings UK Ltd, UK trade mark number 0000000000.
The Conquest name and logo belong to Dodds Holdings UK Ltd. You may not use them, or anything confusingly similar, without our written permission.
Any fees for a coaching business are agreed before it is set up. Clients of a coaching business do not pay us; anything they pay their coach is between them and their coach.
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Planned maintenance will be kept short and, where we can, announced in advance.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data that could have been avoided by keeping your own copies. Our total liability to a coaching business in any 12 months is limited to the fees it paid us in that period.
If you use the service as a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. A coaching business can ask us to close its organisation; we will delete its data, or return it on request, as set out in the data processing agreement.
We will update the date at the top when these terms change and email account holders about significant changes at least 30 days before they apply.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
